If you are not satisfied with your 100% purchase, you may request a return through the 100% returns portal. All products must be returned with an approved Return Authorization issued through their returns portal and a shipping label will be provided upon approval. Products must be unused, in the same condition they were received in, and be received within 30 calendar days from the date of the original delivery. Products must be in the original, undamaged packaging, including any manuals, documentation, registration, and accessories. Products that do not meet their eligibility criteria may be refused and returned to you. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that a $10 restocking fee will apply and allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
