RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations and Order Changes:

Bike Order Cancellations:

Bike order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. If you wish to cancel your bike order, contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

If you wish to cancel an order that has already shipped, we can recall your order or you can refuse the shipment at delivery, however, a 15% restocking fee will apply. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Accessory, Merchandise, and Parts Cancellations:

If you would like to cancel your accessory, merchandise, or part order you will need to contact our Customer Support team for further assistance within 24 hours of when your order is placed. Due to warehouse processing, we are unable to cancel orders after 24 hours. 

Preorders and Backorders:

You will need to contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.

Order Changes:

Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify the items in your order. If your order has not shipped, we can cancel your current order and help place a new order for the desired changes. If your order has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please see our return policy below.

Address Changes:

We are not able to update the shipping or billing address on accessories, merchandise, or part orders once your order is confirmed.

All bike orders require a signature upon delivery. For this reason, you will be unable to submit an address change with the carrier. If you need to request an address change for a bike delivery, please contact our Customer Support team directly. Address changes to bike orders must be approved by SUPER73 and are subject to additional rerouting fees.

Storage Fees:

All bike orders are delivered by a 3rd party carrier. If you are not home at your scheduled time, miss your delivery window, or need to push back your delivery date after your bike has already shipped; additional charges will be applied before your bike can be delivered.

Returns and Refunds:

Bike Returns:

We stand by the quality of our products and do not accept returns on used or opened items. Proof of unopened items will need to be verified with photos and submitted to our Customer Support team within 15 days of delivery.


SUPER73 will provide you with further instructions if the return is approved. SUPER73 will issue the refund minus the 15% restocking fee once the item is received and passes inspection. All shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Battery Returns:

All battery purchases are FINAL sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on batteries except for what is explicitly covered by our warranty, and only after receiving our approval for the replacement.

Accessory, Apparel, and Replacement Part Returns:

We accept returns on orders placed in the U.S. within 30 days from when the order is placed. Our SUPER73 staff will inspect the return before it is processed. If your item is returned to us with dirt or debris (i.e., deodorant, excessive pet hair, signs of wear, etc.) that we can not easily clean off, your item will be returned to you and considered final sale and non-returnable. Please ensure that items are unworn, unwashed, tags intact (when applicable), and undamaged. Accessories will need to be returned in their original packaging.

Showroom and Service Center purchases are not eligble for online returns and must be returned in store.

eGift Cards:

All e-gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

Refunds:

SUPER73 can only process all refunds to the original form of payment. If your original form of payment is no longer available, please contact your banking institution for further assistance. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for your bank to credit the funds back to your account.

Klarna Refunds:

Refund processing times vary and can take up to 14 days, depending on your financial institution. To check your refund status, check your Klarna account and your original form of payment method. If 14 days have passed and you are still missing your refund, please contact Klarna for further support.

3RD PARTY ACCESSORIES

If you've purchased an accessory that is fulfilled and shipped directly from the supplier, their return and refund policy may differ from SUPER73. Please review the brand information below to determine how to proceed with initiating a return with these partners.

100% Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your 100% purchase, you may request a return through the 100% returns portal. All products must be returned with an approved Return Authorization issued through their returns portal and a shipping label will be provided upon approval. Products must be unused, in the same condition they were received in, and be received within 30 calendar days from the date of the original delivery. Products must be in the original, undamaged packaging, including any manuals, documentation, registration, and accessories. Products that do not meet their eligibility criteria may be refused and returned to you. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that a $10 restocking fee will apply and allow 2-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. For any additional questions, please contact the 100% Customer Service Department at customerservice@100percent.com.

ABUS Return Policy:

All ABUS locks are final sale. ABUS offers a 2-year warranty against manufacture defects and workmanship from the date of purchase. If you have any questions please contact ABUS USA directly.

BiKASE Return Policy:

You can return the Handlebar Mirrors for BiKASE store credit up to 30 days after the order is received. Items must be unused, undamaged and unaltered to be eligible for returns. All returns are accepted at the sole discretion of BiKASE. Please e-mail info@bikase.com to begin the return process. BiKASE does not offer prepaid return labels and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Returns should be shipped to: BiKASE, 4905 S Howell Ave., Milwaukee, WI 53207. If your return is approved, a store credit code will be sent to the email address on file. This process can take 5-7 days from the return approval date.

BLUR BOUNDARIES Return Policy:

BLUR BOUNDARIES accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To start a return for your BLUR BOUNDARIES product, please contact info@blurboundaries.com with your order number and a member of their team will be able to assist you. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the item is damaged, malfunctioning, or was received in error, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Earth+Kin Return Policy:

If you need to return your Earth+Kin MULE or accessories, you will have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items need to be unused and in their original packaging. Please reach out to hello@earth-kin.com with your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate a return. A return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package will be provided. A $50 label fee for returning the MULE, and a $10 label fee for all other accessories will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping. Once the return is received and inspected, Earth+Kin will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Items sent back to Earth+Kin without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Irvlabs Return Policy:

Irvlabs accepts returns on new, unused accessories within 30 days of delivery. To start a return for your Irvlabs Front Utility Tray or In-Frame Basket, please contact info@irvlabs.com for additional return instructions and to receive a return shipping label. Once your return is complete, you will receive your refund in 3-7 business days. 

Moved By Bikes Return Policy:

If you are unsure about how a rack will work on your bike, please contact customer service at info@movedbybikes.com for guidance on fitment and carrying capacity for your specific application. Moved By Bikes allows returns on surf racks within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact info@movedbybikes.com. Returns must have all components to be eligible for credit, and return shipping costs are not covered. Please be sure to include your order details in your email.

Peak Design Return Policy:

To start a return for your Peak Design Phone case, adapter, or bar mount, please reach out to Peak Design customer service at info@peakdesign.com with the order number from your packing slip and a member of their team will be able to assist with your return. All returns should be completed within 30 days of the purchase date and incur a flat $8 shipping fee per return label generated. Please allow 1-2 weeks for this process to complete in full.

S1 Helmets Return Policy:

You can return your S1 helmet within 30 days of the original purchase date. To start your return, please complete the form at the bottom of this page. Please note that the helmet must be unused and in the original packaging. Once the helmet is received, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Thrill Seekers Return Policy:

Thrill Seekers Seat Covers are custom made to order and are final sale. Thrill Seekers Bar Bags may be returned in new and original condition within 30 days of purchase. Any returned items received within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for a credit to the original form of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the product is damaged, malfunctioning, or received in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please reach out to customer service at info@thrillseekers.com to start your return.

Thousand Helmets Return Policy:

Thousand offers a 30-day return/exchange policy. You can start a return or exchange by visiting the Thousand Returns Center and entering in your order number from your packing slip and your zip code. If you run into any issues, please feel free to email Thousand at customercare@explorethousand.com. Your return will process as soon as it reaches the Thousand warehouse, and funds will process to your account within the next 7 business days.
