About The Role:

Super73 is seeking a Junior Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for researching, understanding and communicating the customer voice to the Product Manager and ultimately the company in order to bring new product lines to consumers in an engaging, functional way.  The Junior Product Manager will work with Product Designers as well as other Product Managers in order to produce well-written product recommendations and briefs. Knowledge of key demographics and an innovative perspective on product development are important in this role. 

Job Description:

The Junior Product Manager works to define product enhancements and strategies while reporting on the product roadmap to Sr. Product Managers.  Additionally, the Junior Product Manager works within the product management team as well as other product teams in determining product vision, positioning and direction.  The Junior Product Manager is responsible for the identification of new opportunities, improvements and cost reductions as well as contributing to the price setting and profitability of the product.  Responsible for aligning launch dates with Sales and Marketing team as well as furnishing these teams and the Sr. Product Manager with competitor analysis, market analysis and business performance analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage Product Lifecycle operating plan: scheduling, deadlines, checkpoints, and KPI’s for all projects
  • Efficiently and effectively communicate strategy and vision to all of the relevant participants and stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in planning meetings and provide advice and guidance on the direction of products
  • Verify that all deliverables are complete from each department before a product launch or company-wide campaign is initiated
  • Demonstrate functionality of completed products to internal team members and other stakeholders
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, solutions, and company offerings
  • Collaborate with customers, team members, and outside influencers to ensure a solid and well-rounded understanding of products and developing needs

ENGINEER II

About The Role:

SUPER73 is currently seeking a well-rounded engineer for our rapidly growing Engineering Department. This candidate will support the team in developing new technologies and engineering solutions across new and current vehicle lines. An Engineer will work closely with the Design and Operations departments to efficiently solve problems and create a product that is both well-engineered and exceptionally designed. We're primed for continued explosive growth, and we're looking for someone that can exhibit poise and calm amidst the storm. For every Engineering role, a passion for bikes and vehicles is mandatory.

About You:

A true self-starter, you can lead a project with minimal supervision and manage the multiple facets of a project in parallel. You have a solid understanding of vehicle componentry and can turn a wrench or a lathe at the drop of a hat. Your experience as an engineer makes you familiar with all sorts of engineering tools - CAD/FEA, quality systems, data acquisition, vehicle dynamics. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leads projects on current or new vehicles, working with R&D fabrication, Industrial Design, Operations and Engineering teams
  • Provide engineering assistance to other departments through CAD, FEA, or in-house developed data acquisition tools
  • Collaborate with suppliers on outsourced projects
  • Work in R&D shop as needed to assemble projects, create custom parts, etc.
  • Experience in welding, machining, 3D printing, injection molding (CNC a plus)
  • Report updates to various departments for feedback and coordination
  • Mandatory engineering team rides

Mandatory qualifications:

SENIOR INDUSTRIAL DESIGNER

About The Role:

SUPER73 is currently looking for an energetic Senior Industrial Designer to join our growing product development team. This role will focus on developing both accessories and vehicles using traditional industrial design tools such as consumer research, sketching, CAD, rapid prototyping, and working with suppliers to ensure design intent and manufacturability.  

About You:

A passionate designer who shows a strong grasp of technical skills. You can operate both autonomously and as part of a team. You work quickly and efficiently to produce quality solutions.  You are constantly able to motivate yourself and continually grow business and generate success. You push the boundaries and help to lead the way through innovation and integrity. 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct consumer research
  • Document research results and complete project briefs with relevant data. 
  • Participate in group discussions and individual activities to generate new product ideas. 
  • Create product designs through sketching, CAD, Rapid prototyping.  
  • Work with our fabrication shop to bring concepts to life for internal testing. 
  • Oversee projects from conception through to completion to ensure the best possible user experience. 
  • Work with Engineering and suppliers to ensure functional requirements are met as well as manufacturability of designs.

Job Summary: The purpose of this position is to support our team with all mechanical expertise for every model in our electric motorbike line-up. From incoming customer repairs to small productions and warehouse duties, this position is multifaceted and integral to our operation. We seek an experienced technician willing to join our ride.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

  • Service all inbound bikes and perform all repairs in a strict time frame
  • Service / test incoming parts 
  • Maintain a tidy and well organized work space
  • Maintain technical knowledge of all models and newly released models
  • Learn and share knowledge of troubleshooting procedures from presented issues pertaining to specific models with corresponding team members and vital departments
  • Ensure new bikes are built for showroom
  • Disassemble / build incoming returns 
  • Organize and test returned bikes and bike parts 
  • Maintain inventory of used parts
  • Keep up on regular maintenance of fleet bikes
  • Present poise and consistent performance under high stress situations
  • Assist interdepartmentally whenever needed

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow directions and procedures with self-motivation to work unsupervised

WAREHOUSE SUPPORT ROLE  

About The Role:

SUPER73 is currently looking to fill a Warehouse Support role to work with a team of warehouse personnel. This candidate will be a key player to the operations of the warehouse by fulfilling a range of daily duties and also supporting in any warehouse projects such as inventory counts, organization, and even mechanical support needs. This candidate will work cross functionally with multiple teammates and departments to strengthen the warehouse team communications and provide support for the entire Super73 team. We're set for continued explosive growth, and we're looking for someone that can exhibit strength, intuition, make an immediate impact when they join the team.

About You:

A bright and energetic individual with strong ability to execute instructions and go above and beyond. You must be agile and willing to roll with whatever situation that may arise in our ever changing environment. You must have the ability to learn quickly and also have a solid work ethic as there should never be an idle moment with so much work to do.

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Count equipment, merchandise, material, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory records using computer or manually
  • Compare inventories with what’s on office records
  • Verify computer data with physical count of stock and adjusts errors in computation, then count, or investigate and report reasons for discrepancies if there is any
  • May operate office machines, such as calculators, photocopy machines, and typewriters
  • Accepts and signs for deliveries from distributor
  • Assists in unloading shipments from delivery truck
  • Uses dollies, forklifts, and other moving equipment to transport shipments from loading dock and around stockroom
  • Opens boxes and inspects contents of shipments
  • Checks shipping invoice to ensure all items are accounted for
  • Stores, restocks, and shelves delivery items as necessary
  • Ensures that stockroom is clean and organized
  • Processes transfers for shipments moving on to another location
  • Pays balance on invoices upon receipt of delivery
  • Maintains records of all received shipments
  • Conducts inventory of products, and logs data into inventory database
  • Contacts distributor to inquire about shipment delays or problems
  • Reports any major or unresolved shipment delays or problems to company manager
