All You Need to Know

For all bike orders, estimated ship times can be found on their respective product page, additional transit time varies by destination. Delivery times are dependent on local warehouse delivery appointment availability.

When placing your order, please provide a phone number that you can easily be reached at. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you, but our shipping company will need to contact you to arrange a delivery date and time. Please reach out to the SUPER73 customer service team if you have any questions regarding the delivery process.

Where We Ship

We ship directly to customers in the contiguous United States and Hawaii. 

  • Hawaii shipments may take an additional 4-6 weeks for delivery.

  • We do not ship to Alaska at this time.

  • We do not ship bikes to Canada at this time. However, we can ship parts, merchandise, and accessories.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Methods and Costs

Our products ship directly from our main fulfillment center, located near Las Vegas, Nevada.

  • All bikes are shipped via BTX LTL Freight at a flat rate of $150 for the contiguous US and $450 for shipments to Hawaii.

  • A last mile carrier may complete the delivery in the case that BTX is not able to perform the delivery.

  • Parts, merchandise, and accessories are shipped through UPS and shipping rates are calculated by the dimension, weight, and destination.

  • Batteries ship at a $100 flat rate to any location.

Delivery Lead Time


  • The shipping time can be found directly on the product page below the “Add to Cart” button. 

  • The transit times for BTX are typically 3-5 days from the point of pickup to the destination terminal. Delivery from that point will vary depending on the availability of appointments and equipment.

Parts, Merchandise, Accessories:

Parts, merchandise, and accessory orders are shipped via UPS Ground - 1 business day from the time the order is placed. Transit times may vary by destination. 

We do not ship or deliver on weekends or public holidays.

What to Expect Upon Delivery

Once your bike order is at your local destination terminal, the carriers will reach out to the phone number provided on the order to schedule a delivery appointment. Will call pick-up is unavailable at any local destination terminal.

3rd Party and Self-Shipping Prohibited

Please be aware that 3rd party and self-shipping of any SUPER73 motorbike or battery is prohibited due to specific certifications that are required to ship our batteries. The information necessary for a 3rd party to ship our battery is proprietary and will not be provided if requested. We are not liable to accept returns for merchandise refused by a 3rd party shipper or international borders. We are not liable for any unresolved issues or parts for merchandise transported to regions we do not already ship to directly or have authorized dealers. It is the responsibility of the owner to source an e-bike specialist for repair or maintenance in an unsupported region.
