"The bike seems big for my son, it makes an weird sound while applying breaks, it also feels abrupt and jerky when applying breaks. I also didn’t know about their no return policy on opened bike and 15% restocking fee. How is one supposed to try a bike without opening it to see if it would be good for them. In this age of free returns from all retailers I never imagined there are are still companies that are charging restocking fee and following no return policy on these expensive items"

"Bikes nice overall built really well and looks great, Down side is lacks power with new restrictions put on the computer to make it only go 20 mph. I do like the bike but regret buying it with lower power and speed. It should be like the other e-bikes brands that have restrictions to meet local laws but if desired can be changed or altered to get more power if desired without purchasing a new expensive computer. ryan"

Please note, shipments to Hawaii are subject to extended delivery time frames due to cargo ship transportation and are excluded from free shipping promotions.
