Hydronic line wasn’t covered under warrenty
"Solid bike and my son is incredibly happy One flaw I went to back out the left hydronic brake line and it was kind of difficult to turn. As I proceeded to back it out the cable side thread was stripped out. I can only assume this was stripped when factory installed. I called the repair center and they were hesitant stating I may have been sealing lines for wheelies. Regardless the reason this line was stripped from factory installed they repaired it and gave me free labor and discount on parts which is really kind, but in reality of this bike was only 200 miles and about a month old and I believe it should’ve been fully covered under warranty"

"My son had to replace the tires 6 days after receiving this bike, and he only rode over a rock… The tires should be double wall tires… other than that the bike is great. Very easy to put together!"
New bike- breaks don’t work properly.
"Upon opening and unpacking it- the back break doesn’t work properly. (The hydraulic break handle goes all the way to the handle bars- this either has air bubbles or its defective. I have tried to get in touch w/ the store and left a message. I also went to the service store in San Clemente to have it fixed. They told me I need to buy a new break or pay to get is fixed. This is obviously NOT what you want to hear when you have a brand new bike. Other than that- my daughter loves it. I’d like this replaced or fixed under warranty ASAP! Thx Nick W."

First ride impressions
"Pretty nice bike. Can be a bit noisy at the wheel motor. At 3/4 throttle it has a very audible magnetic howling. Goes away if sped up or reduced speed. Otherwise nice equipment."
