"Overall the bike is pretty solid. My only complaint is the brakes. They squeal and grind when the brakes are applied. After letting off, they continue to squeal at low speeds. I have only had it for a month, but I anticipate needed to replace the brake pads quite often."

"Bike serves its purpose even though it comes with a hefty price tag. Customer service was sub par when it came to offering help through out the delivery process. I feel like they provide misleading time estimates which would be one thing if the delivery was FREE but since it’s NOT FREE… I find the delivery process misleading, which ultimately cost them a separate sale of another bike in my case."

"The bike itself is great. The brakes are not. In fact they’re awful. I was told it’s because I bought the entry model but reassured the upgraded ones were much better. This was after my purchase. Considering how important the breaks are to safety, I would assume these would have been at least ok. They are not. They make this strange sound when riding and when activated, only amplifies. Going to upgrade them very soon. Other than that, lots of fun!"

My only question is had was about the battery, how much life it has and how to charge it because typically you charge things when they are turned off but you charge the bikes when they are turned on. We love them!!"
