"The bike is nice it went together smoothly and rides nice. I didn’t know how I’d like the gears and shifting but it is nice the only thing I struggled with was making the cables and wires look clean coming from the handle bars it’s just a lot with the controller, brake cables, shifter cables and throttle. I didn’t order a different model and changed my mind and went with this one I called customer service and they were very helpful got my order switched up and responded with an email invoice stayed on the phone with me talked me through it all to make sure it all went through with the old order and new order. Pleasure to deal with the folks at super73 and solid products"

"Dear Super73 Team, I am writing to formally report a serious issue regarding my recent bicycle order and the subsequent logistics handling, which has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. Initially, I attempted to place an order through your online system, but the order was canceled during the checkout process. Under normal circumstances, this indicated that the order was unsuccessful. I therefore placed a second order, which the system confirmed as successfully paid. In a reasonable and standard process, only one bicycle should have been shipped to my delivery address. However, on the day of delivery, I received two separate packages, and after opening them, I discovered that two bicycles had been shipped to me. This is an extremely concerning error. For a company of Super73’s scale, products should not be shipped when an order has not been successfully completed or when payment has not been confirmed. It is also concerning that Super73 did not receive the corresponding credit card payment, yet two bicycles were shipped on the same day without this issue being identified. This strongly suggests a flaw in the ordering or fulfillment system. Out of ethical responsibility, I proactively contacted your customer service team to report the issue and requested assistance in returning one of the bicycles to prevent any potential financial loss to Super73. Unfortunately, the most frustrating part of this experience has been the freight company’s repeated failure to follow the agreed pickup schedule. I began waiting from 9:26 AM and received no proactive communication from the driver or notification of schedule changes. After repeatedly contacting the freight company, a pickup time of 2:00 PM was proposed. Later, a confirmed pickup time of 4:26 PM was provided. However, the driver arrived early at approximately 3:40 PM, not at the agreed time. During that time, the driver made three phone calls to me. Unfortunately, I was simultaneously sending emails to the freight company requesting assistance and schedule clarification. When I returned the call shortly afterward, I was informed that the driver had already left after waiting approximately 20 minutes. This premature arrival and departure directly contradicted the confirmed pickup time of 4:26 PM and resulted in a failed collection, despite my full cooperation and availability based on the schedule provided. While the shipment of unpaid products is already a serious concern, the logistics handling significantly worsened the situation and caused unnecessary stress and loss of time. I respectfully request that Super73: 1. Conduct an internal review of the ordering and payment confirmation process 2. Arrange a clearly confirmed pickup time and ensure the freight company strictly adheres to it 3. Review the freight company’s conduct to prevent similar customer experiences I hope this matter can be addressed promptly and professionally. Thank you for your attention. "Great bike. I love it however I do agree with many other reviews that for the price it shouldn’t be restricted to just 20mph. Originally I had the off-road version in the app and it could go faster but the app must have updated and I soon lost this setting."

We only ship within the 48 contiguous states and Hawaii. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note, shipments to Hawaii are subject to extended delivery time frames due to cargo ship transportation and are excluded from free shipping promotions.
