"My $5k bike's throttle and PAS stopped working after 3 rides. Controller seems to work. Reset the system. No updates in the app. Nothing seems wrong. Won't get power. It's been in the shop for 1 week with no update. I'm extraordinarily disappointed & will not buy another Super73"

Excellent bike - I’ll break it down —> Totally worth the read
"Several critical issues have surfaced with this bike: Product Quality and Performance Concerns Parts Detachment: The horn button and seat screws have repeatedly fallen off even after being properly tightened before rides. This raises serious concerns about build quality and safety. Speed Limitation: The 20 MPH governor on the January 2025 and newer model is extremely limiting. Off-road riders have no option to override this restriction when higher speeds are necessary, which defeats the purpose of its intended use. Throttle Assembly: The throttle housing and push-down button feel flimsy and poorly constructed, undermining confidence in the bike’s durability and responsiveness. Lack of Torque: The bike offers little to no torque, which drastically affects overall performance and makes it ill-suited for rugged terrain or any scenario that demands real power. Customer Support: Reaching customer service is difficult, and response times are poor adding frustration to an already underwhelming experience. Final Recommendation: At its current price point, especially for a limited-edition, “premium” model this bike does not justify the cost. Unless priced at $500 or less, I cannot recommend this purchase."
