This past weekend, our friends at SMCO hit the streets of Los Angeles for the legendary Red Bull Soapbox Race and they did it in true SUPER73 fashion.

Rolling into the event with a fully custom hot dog cart built using SUPER73 parts, Aaron and Shaun Guardado, from Long Beach, turned plenty of heads before they even hit the starting line. The build was equal parts ridiculous, creative, and surprisingly dialed.

Once the course opened up, SMCO sent it downhill and clocked a respectable 33.75-second run through the twists, turns, and chaos of the LA course. While it wasn’t enough to take home the fastest time of the day, it was still an epic showing and one of the standout builds at the event.

Big shoutout to the SMCO crew for bringing the energy, creativity, and pure fun that events like Soapbox Race are all about.

And if you missed the madness, don’t worry. You can catch their run here.
