Super Hooligan Race Series | Tulsa Recap

Tulsa was an absolute blast! This was the first time visiting this Oklahoma city for the team and it did not disappoint. The surrounding city limits were vibrant with a rich bike and motorcycle heritage.

We had the pleasure of meeting some of our local SuperSquad members that stopped by the event booth on their bikes to say hi. One Super73 owner rode up on his Rosa Ave. and worked just down the street from the venue. He uses his bike to get to and from work each day and loves it. We were happy to get him an owner’s coin as well as Super73 swag (now available online). Two more owners stopped by on an S1 with suspension and an OG 2018. The father-son duo was celebrating Father’s Day weekend by catching some racing and meeting our team. We’re super honored when we get the chance to meet you all in a new city or town.

The Super Hooligan races were run on a specially built TT track at the Mayo Place in Tulsa’s East Village. Among the race classes, the Super73 race featured some new and familiar names including; YouTube star, Danny Duncan and moto podcast/super hooligan, Danger Dan Hardick. We saw a good fought race between Nathon Verdugo and Preston Burroughs for first place with Nathon taking top spot at the end. Newcomer, Kelly Yazdi, had the last laugh inching Danger Dan at the very last lap to take fourth place. Danny Duncan took third with Becky Goebel bringing up the rear but having a blast.
